Key Responsibilities
Greet patients; manage check-in/check-out waiting room flow and phone lines
Verify insurance collect payments and schedule across multiple locations
Enter/maintain EMR records accurately; protect HIPAA privacy
Perform basic triage tasks (e.g. blood pressure) and support clinical staff as needed
Keep reception/exam areas clean and organized; follow safety protocols
Participate in ongoing training and best-practice updates
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Mediclear Certification or equivalent (e.g. HIPAA/privacy training) required
Strong customer service skills; calm professional phone presence
EMR familiarity; accurate data entry and cash handling
Able to work fast-paced evenings/weekends/holidays; commute between clinics when needed
Preferred: Medical Assistant certificate/AA 2 years customer service prior medical/urgent care experience
