Job Summary

This is a remote position.

The Administrative Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining information in company databases and systems. This role ensures data integrity and supports administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and update information into spreadsheets and databases.

  • Verify accuracy of data before and after entry.

  • Prepare reports from collected data.

  • Assist with filing document control and other clerical tasks.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • High typing speed and accuracy.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and database systems.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
