Job Description:
A well-established property management company is seeking a Floating Leasing Agent to join our team. Were looking for someone who takes pride in building community genuinely cares for people and excels in both customer service and sales. The ideal candidate is driven personable and aligned with our mission to provide an exceptional resident experience marked by warmth professionalism and hospitality.
This position will float between multiple properties in the Marietta area supporting leasing efforts as needed.
Responsibilities:
Support leasing operations across assigned Marietta communities.
Greet prospective residents qualify leads and maintain accurate guest card records.
Conduct property tours highlighting features and benefits tailored to each prospects needs.
Process rental applications including credit and background checks and ensure timely follow-up with applicants.
Coordinate move-ins ensuring apartments are ready and residents are oriented to the community.
Assist with renewal tracking distribution and follow-up.
Maintain accurate reports availability updates and resident files according to company standards.
Community Culture:
Treat residents with empathy respect and professionalism.
Listen actively and assist in resolving resident concerns or issues.
Contribute to a positive team-oriented workplace and participate in morning meetings.
Support and attend resident events to foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
Requirements
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in leasing or property management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel).
Positive attitude with the ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable adaptable and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
