Job Summary

This is a remote position.

The Office Data Entry Assistant is responsible for inputting updating and maintaining data across company systems with accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data from various sources into company databases.

  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.

  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

  • Generate simple reports and summaries as required.

  • Support administrative and clerical tasks within the office.
