THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as aFees Payables Senior Officer for a national project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Takes part in initiatives of processes improvement like Transformation Projects Committees IG mission and Incidents under the supervision of the Team Leader or Manager;
- Point of contact for the different Business stakeholders (Front Office Middle Office Finance Procurement Accounting Controls and others) acting autonomously;
- Active contributor to the team reporting needs being an end user of reporting tools;
- Provide quick feedback to internal/external sources and also follow-ups on difficult topics (escalations) with the support of the Team Leader;
- Manages added value tasks that have been delegated by the Team leader like End Of Month requests or Payment Validation;
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- 5 years of professional experience in similar roles;
- Solid knowledge of MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel;
- Experience with MS Office Pack Microsoft Word;
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written & spoken).
