Quality Standards Conformance Management (Temporary Agency)

Job Description:

• An opportunity for a Quality Standard Conformance Manager (QCM) has arisen within Airbus Commercial Getafe (Spain).

  
  The selected candidate will join Quality area

You will lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements to increase:

- Process performance and product adherence to standards

- Reliability of processes

- Repeatability of processes at initial design phase before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.

o Ensure that the Quality Control Requirements of the product and the
associated process are satisfied
o Coordinate Control Plan routine meetings to capture each input linked
to the process
o Drive inspection optimization activities (reinforcement reallocation
reduction) as part of E2E Inspection Process
o Enforce Multi-Functional Team collaboration to contribute to process
efficiency
o Ensure effective operational feedback loops to capture additional
required inspections
o Digitalize Control Plan by deployed IT tools.
o Risks and opportunities managements.
o Perform status reporting. KPI creation and maintenance

o PFMEA collaboration

• Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics new business and in a networking mode.

• Languages: Advanced level in English and Spanish. French is a plus
