Fire Alarm Technician (Full-Time On-Site)
About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to handle installation troubleshooting maintenance and repair of fire alarm systems. Must ensure high-quality service minimal downtime and strong customer communication.
Seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to handle installation troubleshooting maintenance and repair of fire alarm systems. Must ensure high-quality service minimal downtime and strong customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install test troubleshoot and program fire alarm systems per industry codes.
- Perform service calls and resolve system issues promptly.
- Document all work accurately.
- Train customers on system use.
- Operate testing tools (multimeter volt/ohm meter tone generator etc.).
- Follow safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in electronics.
- NICET Level II certification.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems computers and communications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and VPN connections.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
