Experience: 2-5 but we will train
Certifications or education:
- - A certification is good to have but not necessary
- - Lexmark certifications and experience are preferred but not necessary.
- - Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus
- - HP Dell Lenovo also desired but not necessary
TOP 2 required skills: HW repair hands-on (printers PCs POS etc.) break-fix use of power tools (e.g. drills) and familiar with the ticketing system.
Tech should be located in the SLC Metropolitan Area and surrounding areas.
There will be On call
How many miles per day driving: Varies sometimes longer distances involved but mileage is compensated for covering SLC Metropolitan and surrounding areas.
Please note: The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and maintain composure under pressure.

Scope:

Running cases from home.
Driving to client sites and providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers banks etc.)
Running break-fix and IMAC calls and supporting clients. The level of support will vary depending on the customer but do expect printer PCs server network and other technological devices.

Pay Rate - $19.00
