Amazon is looking for a smart ambitious individual to join our Public Policy team as intern based in Warsaw . Key job responsibilities
* Providing support for Amazons position development monitoring and research on a broad range of policy issues such as the Digital Single Market sustainability or consumer protection.
* Assisting with implementing Amazons EU engagement plan scheduling and preparing documents for meetings with EU policy-makers and other relevant stakeholders.
* Supporting the CEE Public Policy team in working with Amazons business teams to ensure alignment between business and policy goals.
* Assisting in the organisation of public policy events.
* Organising and coordinating knowledge sharing within the team and beyond it.

About the team
- Speak write and read fluently in English and Polish
- Work 40 hours/week and overtime as required
- Bachelors degree in Public Policy Political Science or Law
- Can work proactively and independently meet deadlines and deliver on projects and tasks
- Previous experience or know-how from government affairs EU institutions politics or tech policy in fast-paced environment is preferable.
