Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Senior Wireless Technician to work on our Wireless Research team. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our Research Education Campus (REC) in Idaho Falls ID with every other Friday off. This position may require occasional travel to various INL facilities.
The Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wireless Technician to join our team. The Senior Wireless Technician will be responsible for the installation maintenance and troubleshooting of wireless communication systems. This role requires a deep understanding of wireless technologies strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a this role you must be able to work in various environments including office settings outdoor locations and industrial facilities.

While performing the duties of this classification the employee is frequently required to stand walk sit stoop kneel and bend. The job requires hand/finger dexterity to keyboard or type handle materials manipulate tools and reach with hands and arms. The job requires operation of job-related equipment using a ladder and operating a vehicle. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move over 35 pounds with assistance. Sufficient visual acuity and hearing capacity to perform the essential functions and interact with the public is required. The ability to smell is required.
