- 2 years in quality program management operations analysis or process improvement in a customer service environment.
- Proven experience in building or supporting a quality program and improving performance outcomes.
- Proficient in Excel SQL and R for data manipulation analysis and visualization.
- Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action development.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods regression models and SPC techniques.
- Familiarity with industry quality standards and audit practices.
- Experience with internal and external quality or regulatory compliance auditing.
- Knowledge of predictive modeling machine learning fundamentals or advanced statistical methods.
- Experience in technology or supply chain industries.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Strong communication skills with executive presence to present findings to senior leadership.
- Collaborative mindset to work across multiple teams and functions.
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Statistics Quality Management Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
