Job Summary

CUSTODIAL POSTIONS AVAILABLE: Full Time Hours: 1:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

Craneville Elementary School

Custodians shall report and provide support to the building principal their buildings head custodianand perform a variety of tasks including cleaning maintenance and general care of the building and grounds. Primary responsibility is to ensure students and staff have a safe attractive comfortable clean and efficient place in which to learn play work and develop.

DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in custodial and plant operations
Ability and willingness to perform general custodial duties
Ability to work with machinery and technology consistent with building use
Proven ability to work courteously with other staff and public
Must be reliable able to work as part of a team
Massachusetts drivers license required
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Satisfactory CORI/SORI/Background Check
Other duties may be assigned by the building principal Director of Building and Grounds or Director of Finance and Operations
Two hour asbestos awareness training required within 30 days of employment

SALARY: As per contract; $20.76-$21.39 per hour with $1.35 shift differential when working evenings (after 3PM)

This is a first shift position in the summer
