Human Resources Assistant Full Time (On-site)

Central Coast Home Health & Hospice is a locally owned and operated organization with an outstanding reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. As we continue to grow we are seeking a Full-Time Human Resources Assistant to join our team! (This is an on-site position.)
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources as it offers exposure to all aspects of the HR function. The ideal candidate will bring education and/or experience in human resources along with strong organizational skills and a customer service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and track employee information to ensure compliance.
Support recruiting efforts including advertising reference checks and interview coordination.
Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation processes.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives appreciation events and company-wide activities for our 500 employees.
Provide general administrative support and assist with special HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and various web-based programs.
Education and/or experience in Human Resources strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional customer-focused approach.
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
