Our client a major international car manufacturer is currently driving one of its most ambitious transformation programs in the European retail landscape. The goal is to transition across 18 European markets from a traditional dealer-based model to a direct sales and agency model creating a seamless customer-centric Omnichannel Sales experience.

Following the successful delivery of several key releases focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement the next phase of the program will concentrate on the planning testing and rollout of the direct sales model across multiple markets.

Within this program the Financial Services Work Stream plays a critical role in enabling the transformation by:

  • Harmonizing and optimizing the Customer Journey across online and retail channels

  • Redefining the Agent Journey through new processes and systems aligned to the agency sales model

To enable this significant Salesforce-based system and process enhancements are being implemented supported by a comprehensive test and quality assurance framework.

As Test Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end test management of sales journeys across multiple European markets. This includes test planning coordination execution oversight and defect management within a complex multi-system integration landscape.

You will act as the central point of contact for all market-specific test activities ensuring high-quality delivery across all testing phases (SIT E2E UAT). Together with local market teams and central development units you will define track and report on testing progress and quality metrics to ensure readiness for market go-lives.

Your tasks:

  • Lead and coordinate all testing activities (SIT E2E UAT) across multiple European markets.

  • Define and manage test plans test case creation and execution tracking using Jira/Xray.

  • Conduct regular test status meetings defect triage calls and testing workshops.

  • Oversee defect management prioritization and resolution tracking across all test phases

  • Ensure consistency and reuse of existing E2E and UAT test cases from previous project waves.

  • Prepare and execute quality gates (Entry/Exit for SIT E2E UAT).

  • Create and maintain comprehensive test reports and progress dashboards.

  • Support markets in executing end-to-end Salesforce test scenarios and validating integrations.

  • Maintain and evolve the test automation framework within the Test Factory scop.

Job requirements

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in Test Management ideally in large-scale multi-market IT transformation projects.

  • Strong understanding of Sales Journeys Financial Services and Salesforce environments.

  • Hands-on experience with Jira/Xray or comparable test management tools.

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with central development teams and local market stakeholders.

  • Structured and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in Defect Management and stakeholder escalation handling.

  • Fluent in English and German (other European languages are an advantage.
