What youll do
As our Administration Support Officer youll be the organisational powerhouse behind the team.
You will be:
- Responsible for managing the directors diary
- Preparing key meeting materials alongside co-ordinating agendas and meeting minutes
- The first point of contact for external enquiries
- Supporting the delivery and promotion of events
- Supporting finance processes
- Contributing to our website and marketing content
- Collaborating with colleagues across the NHS Confederation in Wales London Leeds and Northern Ireland.
What were looking for
- Experience:Proven track record in providing administration support and excellent attention to detail.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally across a range of organisations.
- Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with senior stakeholders
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
