Job Summary

Position Description:

The individual accepting this assignment will provide psycho-motor development services to students under the supervision of an occupational addition the C.O.T.A. will:

  1. Review each students service plan with the O.T. prior to implementation.
  2. Schedule and provide regular services to each identified student.
  3. Maintain a daily log of services and student performance for evaluation of plan and adjustments.
  4. Complete regularly scheduled written reports on each student assigned.

    Special Requirements: (Certification training specialty skills or previous experience)


    1. Must have completed C.O.T.A. program.
    2. Must carry Occupational Therapy Assistant certification.

    3. Experience with assistive technology preferred.
    4. Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

    NUMBER OF HOURS PER DAY: 8.0 HOURS PER DAY

    NUMBER OF DAYS WORKED PER SCHOOL YEAR: 186 DAYS PER YEAR

    HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $27.16 - $38.22 PER HOUR (RANGE 17)
