Job Summary
Schedule:7-on / 7-off clinical requirement including procedures rounding consults and clinic. Equitable share includes evenings & :Sign-on IncentivesStudent Loan RepaymentRelocationPTO & CME AllocationMalpractice Insurance (Incl. Tail)Health/Dental/VisionRetirement (403b)Requirements:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degreeSuccessful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA general surgery residency programSuccessful completion of ACGME accredited Surgical Critical Care Fellowship with minimally invasive surgical experienceGeneral Surgery & Surgical Critical Care Board Certification through the American Board of Surgery (ABS) or the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (AOBS) - or obtain such certification within 3 years of employmentObtain Idaho and Oregon medical licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEACurrent ATLS instructor certification
