Who are we looking for
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Enterprise Asset Transformation and Growth Lead to serve as both Project Manager and Business Development Lead for our Technology Advisory group. This dual-role position will oversee the successful delivery of complex intelligent asset lifecycle management projects and digital transformation programs while driving business growth through client engagement opportunity development and thought leadership.
The ideal candidate combines familiarity with asset management systems or similar platforms with a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams building client relationships and delivering technology-enabled solutions such as IBM Maximo IBM Control Desk SAP EAM Oracle EAM HxGN EAM IFS Cloud EAM SCADA ESRI GIS or related Digital Twin platforms.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of intelligent asset lifecycle platforms and digital transformation projects ensuring scope schedule budget and quality targets are met
- Oversee cross-functional teams across business technology and data domains
- Manage project risks issues and stakeholder expectations through structured governance and reporting
- Ensure alignment of project outcomes with client requirements and strategic objectives
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in asset management digital transformation and technology enablement
- Develop proposals lead bid responses and contribute to commercial strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and industry stakeholders
- Represent the practice in industry forums conferences and client engagements to promote our capabilities and thought leadership
What you will bring to the team:
- 10 years in technology domain and deep familiarity with the deployment of asset management systems enterprise-grade platforms and similar solutionshaving at least 5 years in project or program management roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex multi-stakeholder transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of technology stack and licensing schemes for deploying Asset Information Systems.
- Familiarity with digital asset platforms such as IBM Maximo/Control Desk SAP EAM Oracle EAM SCADA ESRI ArcGIS or IFS Cloud EAM.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement business case development and enterprise transformation planning.
- Certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 IBM Maximo SAP or IAM Certificate/Diploma are highly regarded
This job offer is based inMakati office.
Work schedule:Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / Hybrid
