About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citcos core business and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
- You will be responsible for system set up and coordination with 3rd parties control client user setup/permissions
- Responsible for client reporting data capture and coordination with 3rd parties
- Responsible for the tracking pf projects progress status and deadlines
- Engage with existing clients/vendor on efficiency projects and will be the stakeholder for operation process review
- Working on MIS Reporting
- Working on functional data migration
- Stakeholder for invoicing for communications and connectivity charges
- Engage with existing clients/vendor on efficiency projects
Qualifications
About You:
- You have studied a degree that is in a Business or Finance related disciple.
- Team player who can work well within the function to deliver a quality service.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Creative innovative and have excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proven interest in financial markets and hedge fund industry
