Were looking for a Parts Manager whos both organized and people-focused someone who can lead a mighty team keep our inventory running smoothly and build strong relationships with customers suppliers and staff. Whether its finding that hard-to-get part helping a technician get a job done faster or making sure a customer leaves with a smile the Parts Department is at the heart of what we do. What Youll Do:
- Lead and inspire the Parts Department team to deliver top-tier customer service and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and timely deliveries.
- Manage inventory with precision ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Oversee financials including budgeting pricing strategies and cost control to drive profitability.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless parts availability and operations.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in inventory management supply chain logistics and trade distribution.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong numeracy administrative and communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation automotive industry standards and best practices.
