The Opportunity
Are you an experienced coordinator wanting to apply your mix of skills across client service/relationship management data and administration working as part of a small collaborative team This is an integral role to the work we do reporting to a Fund and Client Services Lead (Brisbane based) who regularly commutes to Melb.
This role is based in Melb based.
We are seeking someone who:
Has excellent relationship and communication skills and who enjoys delivering high quality guidance
Is experienced in and enjoys a mix of building and championing stewardship of external relationships while simultaneously multitasking and streamlining administrative
and system/data processes
Is seeking a new opportunity to apply and further build upon existing coordination/team leadership and project experience and
Enjoys developing and improving processes with ideally prior CRM experience
Desirable but not essential;
Key Responsibilities
What youll bring
Strong interest in supporting social justice and systemic social change and working as a collegiate member in a small NFP team
Demonstrated relationship management administrative and data/systems skills
Prior team coordination/leadership experience highly collaborative but also able to work autonomously across a range of simultaneous priorities in a busy
interactive environment
Enthusiasm to apply new knowledge and skills in the growing philanthropic sector
