About the role

This position is responsible for providingbusiness process and administrative support to the Finance position will facilitate business operations and deliver a timely and customer focused service.

On a daily basis you will:

  • Provide a range of high quality administrative and accurate business support to the Chief Financial Officer and wider Finance Team
  • Prepare and coordinate briefs submissions correspondence reports presentations and undertake any association research as required
  • Act as a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders by responding to enquiries and escalate and redirect issues as required to ensure the provision of accurate and timely information.
  • Complete accounting and purchasing processes ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Update and maintain records and databases complying with systems and processes to ensure that all information is stored correctly and accessible.
  • Promote and maintain effective relationships within the Finance Team and with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

The successful candidate should have tertiary qualifications in business or administration and previous experience in secretarial and/or business support services to a senior manager

You will also bring:

  • 3 years experience supporting a senior manager
  • Proven planning organisation and time management skills including the ability to meet tight deadlines and balance competing priorities.
  • Experience in business and customer management including handling sensitive matters with discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance sensitivity and confidentiality and use of discretion in knowing when to escalate matters of importance and urgency.
  • Excellent MS Suite skills including Word Outlook and PowerPoint and Excel.

We are offering an attractive remuneration from $96262.36 plus 12% superannuation.
