Who We Are
Salary Range:$50000 - $60000 (3-month equivalent: $12500 - $15000). Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications.
This position isexempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.
Summary
The programmer will be tasked to develop software for the purpose of the project while collaborating with the project members with whom the programmer is assigned to work with. The PI will assign the specific tasks to the programmer as well as the project team members the programmer will work with. The programmer will do the work assigned by the PI.
Essential Functions
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
Programming and software development as well as associated tasks: 100%
The PRA will assist in developing software and tools designed by research members.
The PRA will independently resolve programming and software development-related issues and problems.
The PRA will ensure their software system/tool develops comply with high-quality software development practice including thorough documentation that is required for software maintenance in the future.
The PRA will conduct other tasks assigned by the faculty PI as the faculty PI deemed as appropriate/necessary to accomplish the research project.
