Job Summary
Jacksonville Embassy Suites is looking for a Complimentary Services Cookto join our growing team!
The Complimentary Services Cook is responsible for providing high-quality continental breakfast and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and servicing meetings in progress in a fast friendly efficient and professional manner. The starting time would be 3 am - 12 noon

Responsibilities
- Ensures daily breakfast set-up is on schedule and presentable
- Anticipates and intervenes in all incidents of guest dissatisfaction and attempts to satisfy all such guests within hotel policy and service recovery procedures
- Maintains proper dining experience
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required OR 1-year related experience or training
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Valid drivers license preferred
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must have open availability to include weekends and holidays as needed
