Are you a seasoned Business Analyst seeking an exciting project
This role is position designed for experienced professionals eager to make a significant contribution.
The Senior Business Analyst will apply strong project management skills and subject matter expertise to deliver high-impact advisory projects for clients. This role encompasses business analysis business development go-to-market strategy and project execution while driving structured data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that enhance client performance and outcomes.
Your Tasks Will Include:
- Support the preparation and development of client proposals ensuring high-quality tailored deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to draft thorough Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Conduct market research on industry best practices to strengthen and expand company service offerings.
- Develop whitepapers blogs and other thought leadership content to elevate the company brand and showcase our expertise.
- Lead or support project delivery teams with strong project management discipline ensuring structured high-quality execution.
- Analyze complex business and operational data to deliver clear evidence-based recommendations that drive client decision-making.
- Collaborate across teams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions that maximize client value and business impact.
- Assess the current and future maturity of client operations to identify opportunities for transformation and improvement.
- Gather interpret and analyze financial and operational data to generate meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
To be a good fit for the Senior Business Analyst role you will have:
- Professional certification (e.g. PMP Lean Six Sigma or equivalent) preferred.
- 7 years of relevant experience in consulting or advisory roles delivering measurable client outcomes.
- Proven success in developing market-leading go-to-market propositions particularly in Target Operating Model (TOM) optimization.
- Broad experience across shared services TOM solutions (SSC GBS GCC CCC CoE) with the ability to assess and enhance all operational elements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to business development initiatives that align with client needs and growth objectives.
- Expertise in analyzing cross-functional data to uncover challenges identify opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices and benchmarking standards across key functional areas.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear compelling insights and strategic roadmaps.
- Solid understanding of emerging technologies and digital applications relevant to regulatory reporting and business transformation.
