In this role
The Candidate should be having excellent communication skills
Should have experience of S4 Hana Implementation and Support projects.
Responsibilities:
- Experience as SAP SD functional expert
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify interpret validate and document customer requirements
- Map client business requirements processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
- Design customize configure and testing of SD
- Identify gaps issues and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate analyse and solve software problems.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
- Document functional designs test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Expert on integrations with SD to other modules.
Output determination for sales orders Delivery and Billing
Experience in Implementations Rollouts Upgrades Production Support
Delivering SD function/testing design review configuration testing strategy and cutover strategies.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Graduate or postgraduate in IT or MCA /MBA
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding analytical skills ability to apply expertise to drive complex technical and highly commercial solutions.
Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefings & demonstrations including issues status reports and resolving impediments.
