Position Description:
- The GDIA Innovation Lab team develops data products analytic software and provides insights to a broad range of skill teams and delivers value to the client using critical thinking generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) machine learning (ML) and optimization techniques.
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist specializing in Marketing Analytics.
- In this role you will be instrumental in leveraging advanced generative AI and data-driven approaches to optimize marketing strategies drive customer engagement and directly contribute to sales growth.
- As a Data Scientist you will use your knowledge of data and advanced analytics to identify and articulate the role data and analytics products play in helping the business achieve their goals.
- You will develop analytics products using your expertise in visualization AI/ML Statistics and Optimization using GDI&A approved packages and architectures.
- You will collaborate with Data Engineers and Software Engineers to develop robust analytics products.
- You will use your knowledge of the product driven operating model analytic and software delivery via Google Cloud Platform to optimize the delivery of value.
- You will interact with business partners in Complexity to align with their needs and processes to ensure relevance of products.

- Leading the development and delivery of a suite of GenAI applications in support of the global marketing organization

- Masters degree in data science computer science statistics operations research mathematics marketing science industrial engineering.
- 3 years of expert proficiency in GenAI and machine learning
- 5 years of demonstrated experience as leading or part of a team delivering successful technology products
- 5 years of expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL skills
- 5 years of Extensive experience with relevant data science libraries and frameworks (e.g. Scikit-learn XGBoost TensorFlow/PyTorch Pandas).
- 5 years of Strong understanding and practical experience with advanced statistical modeling machine learning techniques (e.g. regression classification forecasting causal inference).
- 5 years of Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Google Cloud Platform AWS Azure) including building data processing pipelines (e.g. Spark Dataflow) and utilizing managed machine learning services.
- 5 years of Direct experience with A/B testing design implementation and analysis as well as other experimental design methodologies.
- 5 years of Hands-on experience with MLOps practices including model deployment versioning and automated monitoring in production environments.
