About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Lead to guide our team in making the most of AI tools and technologies. You will be the expert and lead who ensures that AI is not only understood but also effectively integrated into our daily workflows. With your expertise and proactive support AI will become a true value driver within every Suspicious department.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify opportunities to implement AI across teams and processes.
Train and coach colleagues in the use of AI (through manuals one-on-one guidance & maybe even workshops).
Develop AI applications and workflows that save time improve efficiency and foster innovation.
Ensure AI is applied safely and responsibly (data ethics security governance).
Monitor AI adoption within the teams and support colleagues where needed.
Stay up to date with the latest AI trends tools and best practices and translate them into practical applications.
Report management on thew weekly impact of our AI adoption and propose improvements.

What You Bring

Passion for AI tools (such as ChatGPT MidJourney Claude Notion AI etc.).
Experience with automation and AI integration in workflows (APIs no-code tools etc.).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply.
Strong motivation to guide and support others.
A proactive mindset: you take initiative follow up and think in terms of solutions.
You live in Belgium.
