Lead Quality Inspector Ontario NY
Summary:
Seeking an experienced Lead Quality Inspector to support quality operations ensuring compliance with standards and driving continuous improvement across production and engineering teams.
Seeking an experienced Lead Quality Inspector to support quality operations ensuring compliance with standards and driving continuous improvement across production and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform FAI in-process and final inspections.
- Lead root-cause investigations and CAPA actions.
- Maintain supplier quality and calibration records.
- Support APQP PPAP and change control activities.
- Develop inspection procedures work instructions and quality documentation.
Requirements:
- AS degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years in manufacturing/quality (ISO 9001:2015 preferred).
- Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills; CMM/PC-DMIS experience a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
Compensation: $60000.00 - $83000.00 per year
