Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingLicensed Vocational/Practical Nurse Medical Surgicalfor an exciting Travel or Local job inClinton SC.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
Monitor record and report changes in patients conditions to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with wound care IV therapy and vital sign monitoring.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR (EPIC).
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Support patients with daily living activities and reinforce patient education.
Adhere to infection control safety and hospital policies at all times.

Requirements:

Active South Carolina LVN/LPN License Required
Current BLS Certification Required
NIHSS Certification Required
Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience Required
Previous Med-Surg experience Preferred
