Descripción del puesto:
En Copeland buscamos un estudiante comprometido observador y con gusto por los procesos técnicos para unirse como Becario de Calidad. Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad de involucrarse directamente en las actividades del área de calidad apoyando en la ejecución de pruebas de confiabilidad mediciones y acciones que contribuyan al buen desempeño del proceso productivo.
Responsabilidades principales:
Apoyar en la realización de pruebas de confiabilidad y ensayos de desempeño de productos.
Colaborar en la toma y registro de mediciones de componentes o productos en proceso.
Dar soporte al área de producción asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares y procedimientos de calidad.
Apoyar en la identificación documentación y seguimiento de no conformidades.
Participar en el análisis de causas raíz y en la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
Mantener actualizados los registros de pruebas reportes de calidad y bases de datos.
Colaborar en actividades de mejora continua auditorías internas y 5S.
Requisitos:
Estudiante activo(a) de los últimos semestres de Ingeniería Industrial Mecánica Mecatrónica o afines.
Conocimientos básicos en metrología control de calidad y procesos de manufactura.
Habilidad para utilizar instrumentos de medición (vernier micrómetro etc.).
Manejo de Excel intermedio.
Inglés intermedio (deseable).
Actitud proactiva orientación al detalle y gusto por el trabajo en piso de producción.
Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial en Guadalajara.
Ofrecemos:

Experiencia práctica en pruebas medición y control de calidad en una empresa internacional.
Participación en proyectos reales de mejora continua y aseguramiento de procesos.
Horarios de 8am a 12 pm de L a V
Onsite Work Arrangement:
This role is based fully onsite and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
