POSITION: Boys Swim Head Coach

LOCATION: Pasco School District - Chiawana Pasco and Sageview High Schools

SALARY: Based on the currentCoaching Salary Schedule

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Type 2 license or willingness to obtain.
Must meet WIAA coaching requirements.
Follow all WIAA and/or district rules policies and guidelines.
High School Diploma required.
Mentor coaches within program.
Direct all phases of athletic program.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Coordinate out of season camp and/or clinics as needed or required.
Attend District training regarding concussion management.
Attend other district and/or WIAA trainings required tomaintain coaching eligiblity.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate.
Bachelors Degree or higher.
Previous head coach experience at high school or collegiate level or five (5) years as an assistant coach.
