Regent Universitys School of Business & Leadership is seeking to fill a full-time 12-month tenure-track Assistant Professor position. This position will be located at Regent Universitys Virginia Beach VA campus.

Qualifications:

• Earned doctorate (Ph.D. DSL or Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership Strategic Leadership or a closely related field
• Demonstrated excellence or potential in graduate teaching scholarly research publishing/presentation record and professional leadership practice.
• Evidence of Christian faith integration and commitment to the spiritual formation of students
• Familiarity with online education technologies (e.g. Canvas Zoom) and adult learning pedagogy

Expectations include 1) a dedication to Christ-centered teaching and learning; 2) a record of or potential for academic scholarship; 3) the ability to teach graduate-level courses; 4) facility with online instructional technology; and 5) a willingness to embrace the College and University Identity and Mission statements and subscribe to a statement of Christian faith.

Teaching & Scholarship Expectations

The successful candidate will teach graduate and doctoral-level courses in areas such as:

• Strategic & Organizational Leadership
• Servant and Transformational Leadership
• Organizational Culture and Human Flourishing
• Organizational Change Innovation & AI
• Experience mentoring graduate students chairing capstone or dissertation projects and facilitating online learning communities is highly valued.
