Your Role as a COTA
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized care plans to help residents regain or maintain independence and quality of life
- Collaborate with nursing activities and therapy colleagues to support holistic resident care
- Participate in department initiatives that strengthen quality engagement and program excellence
What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current South Carolina COTA licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience in senior living or skilled nursing preferred new graduates welcome with mentoring support
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative service-oriented mindset
