Requirements

Your Role as a COTA

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Implement individualized care plans to help residents regain or maintain independence and quality of life
  • Collaborate with nursing activities and therapy colleagues to support holistic resident care
  • Participate in department initiatives that strengthen quality engagement and program excellence

What You Bring

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Current South Carolina COTA licensure (or eligibility)
  • Experience in senior living or skilled nursing preferred new graduates welcome with mentoring support
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative service-oriented mindset
