JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the day to day operation and maintenance of the Shinohara press.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the day to day operation and maintenance of the Shinohara press.
- Inspects its printed sheets.
- Minor mechanical adjustments as necessary.
- Set-up for other shifts.
- Color to color registration and color matching.
- Meets production quality goals and waste goals.
- Maintains its cleanliness and operation.
- Ensure accuracy of printed material coming from the press.
EXPERIENCE
- Participates in and/or leads design discussions with business and functional team
- Above average mechanical reasoning skills needed
- Must have attention to detail ability to be a team player good communication skills and a self-starter
- Responsible for supplying technical direction based on an understanding of those business needs
- Has ability to design and implement simple solutions to highly complex business challenges

Qualifications :
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand kneel bend and walk for 8 - 10 hours a day.
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs regularly and 50 lbs on occasion.
- Must wear hearing protection on the production floor at all times.
- Education
- H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent.
Additional Information :
- Hourly Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hourly and Overtime
- Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
