Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work learning new skills and being part of a fast-paced production team Were looking for a motivated Press Helper on our 2nd shift to help keep our printing presses running smoothly and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
What Youll Do:
Support the daily operation of web presses and ensure smooth production flow.
Maintain a clean safe and organized press area.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials like ink paper and plates are ready to go.
Assist in quality checks inspecting printed materials for accuracy in color registration and specifications every 15 minutes.
Step in to run the press when the operator is on breaks lunches or PTO.
Help with setup and maintenance tasks such as washing blankets plates and fountains.
Prepare and load roll stock for printing and inspect rolls for defects.
Accurately record production data materials used and downtime.
Perform light preventive maintenance and keep equipment ready for the next run.
Safely move materials and finished products (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
Participate in training and cross-training opportunities to expand your skills.

Qualifications :
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
- Ability to operate press without supervision
- 3 years prior production machine operating experience
- Must be able to identify colors and imperfections
- Must display excellent work habits willingness to be a team player
- Proven track record in waste reduction and profit improvement
- Must have strong analytical skills independent thinking and written and verbal communications skills
Additional Information :
- Hourly Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hourly $1.75 Shift differential and Overtime
- Schedule: Monday Friday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level cost of living experience and responsibilities.
