Job Summary
Responsible for overall management direction and coordination of production operations. Ensures safe and most cost efficient production operations of plant/mill as well as operational excellence while continuously developing it. May be accountable for operations development within the production operations with a responsibility to coach and develop change management skills within Stora Enso as well as continuous improvement of the operations working include day-to-day scheduling and coordination in plant/mill production operations to ensure maximum production efficiency cost efficiency and safety of manpower and equipment. Responsible for meeting set operational targets of the area of responsibility within budgeted frames and reporting the outcome. Responsible for short- and long-term planning capital and operating budgeting project studies for plant/mill development equipment selection and acquisition.
