Are you ready to discover the role of an ServiceNow Knowledge Manager / Tester Medior in Netcompany
As a ServiceNow Knowledge Manager / Tester Medior you will:
- Troubleshoot existing ServiceNow solutions (primarily ITSM) across modules including Incident Service Request Problem Change Service Level Self-Service Portal and Knowledge Management.
- Configure deploy administer and supervise the ServiceNow system including ongoing monitoring.
- Deploy ServiceNow software updates and releases managing change and release processes.
- Drive continuous improvement through monitoring release testing and deployment activities.
- Apply your ServiceNow expertise to support Knowledge Management and Testing initiatives following established methodologies and implementing automated testing (ATF) where possible.
- Work primarily on the ITSM platform while also supporting other applications such as ITAM ITOM HR CSM and SPM within the European Commission context.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- ITIL Foundation certification with practical experience
- ServiceNow System Administrator and ATF certification with hands-on experience
- ITSM module and Knowledge Management experience (business-oriented documentation)
- Business user story testing error identification and automated testing scenario maintenance
- Ticketing system familiarity (e.g. ServiceNow ServiceManager)
- Business analyst mindset with focus on testing and documentation
- English and French fluency (oral and written)
