Job Summary
Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Sales Associate in Cherry Hill United States! Were looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers assessing their needs and offering personalized product recommendations
- Operate cash registers and process various types of transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing sales floor
- Assist with inventory management including restocking shelves and conducting regular counts
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and current promotions to effectively answer customer questions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Handle customer concerns and returns professionally and efficiently
- Participate in loss prevention efforts by remaining vigilant and following company security procedures
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of cash register and POS systems a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
- Adaptability to changing retail environments and customer needs
- Goal-oriented approach to meeting sales targets and performance objectives
