Job Summary

A day on the job looks like this:
- Processing returned orders according to the current service levels to satisfy customers
- Following all documented returns processes and procedures for researching and documenting reasons for return
- Inputting necessary information into warehouse management system
- Processing damaged and repair items and preparing them for dispositioning
- Investigating and reporting reasons for discrepancies
- Communicating with other DCs and Customer Service regarding returns
- Performing any/all additional tasks assigned by supervisor/manager
Qualifications :
Got the skills and experience Heres what were looking for:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience operating material handling equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- PC and/or WMS systems experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is expected
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
- Strong attention to detail
