Role Description

We are seeking a reliable and detailed-oriented Production TeamMember to join our production team. A successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently and accuratelypackaging products according to company standards ensuring quality control and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Package a variety of baked goods (e.g. brownies pastries cookies) in accordance with company standards and food safety guidelines.

• Handle baked goods with care to maintain product integrity and presentation.

• Inspect items for quality ensuring packaging meets safety and compliance standards.

• Prepare and pack gift boxes according to specified guidelines and work orders.

• Inspect items for quality ensuring packaging meets safety and compliance standards.

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple orders prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient workflow and support other departments when necessary.

• Maintain a positive respectful and clean work environment.

• Meet daily production goals and targets.

• Have access to reliable transportation.

• Take initiative and work well both independently and as part of a team.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Work Hours Compensation & Benefits

• Part-time work schedule of up to 30 hours per week with shifts between 8am-5pm

• Start date of November 25th

• Production shifts end December 19th

• Starting wage: $17.95 per hour (based on experience) plus tips.

Education and Experience

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
