Job Summary
This position requires the preparation assembly loading and unloading of traffic control equipment for delivery to various jobsites.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Proper maintenance of equipment.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organize and maintain warehouse and yard.
- Loading and unloading a company vehicle.
- Ability to read and understand computer generated pick tickets.
- General Housekeeping
Qualifications :
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently over a 10-hour shift
- Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions for the duration of the shift.
- Good Communication skills.
- Able to use simple hand tools.
Additional Information :
Work Environment and Physical Demand:
The employee must be able to successfully manage the physical demands of this position which include the following:
- Hours of operation may vary based on staffing needs and workload.
- Typical workweek 50 hours
- Majority of time will be in the field.
- The position may work in outside conditions that include inclement weather not limited to heat cold humidity and exposure to dust and asphalt.
- Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles moving vehicles and occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites.
- Noise levels in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
- Position may lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds.
- If necessary in the field stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions; employee lifts push pulls or carries objects.
Competitive Pay: Hourly pay range $16.00- $16.50 based on experience.
