Lead the Account Management team to partner retail vendors across both Singapore and Malaysia ensuring growth and competitiveness in both markets
Develop coach and train the team to take ownership and accountability for their portfolios while managing and improving individual KPI performance.
Drive commercial performance by being accountable for all key metrics
Establish partnerships with major brands and industry giants to enhance our offerings and presence
Build strengthen and grow relationships with key vendors across both markets
Develop and execute commercial plans that align business goals from both sides
Continuously optimize commercial potential by identifying opportunities for performance improvement and revenue maximization with existing partners
Enhance operational efficiency by streamlining processes ensuring scalability and smooth execution
Monitor and analyze market trends across both Singapore and Malaysia providing valuable insights into competitor strategies and industry shifts
Leverage data-driven decision-making to assess the impact of initiatives and prioritize those that deliver the highest return on investment
Qualifications :
Minimum of a bachelors degree in related fields
2-3 years experience managing commercial account management teams preferably within F&B retail or FMCG industries.
Previous experience within account management
Strong communication and relationship building skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent negotiation presentation and analytical skills.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
