Lead the comprehensive Revenue Management strategy for SLS Playa Mujeres maximizing overall revenue profitability and commercial performance.
The Director of Revenue Management will be responsible for defining coordinating and executing pricing distribution and inventory strategies to optimize all business opportunities across short- mid- and long-term horizons.
This role plays a key part in strategic decision-making alongside the General Manager and Executive Committee ensuring full alignment with the luxury lifestyle standards of SLS and Ennismore.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a holistic Revenue Management strategy to maximize RevPAR ADR occupancy and total revenue per guest (TRevPAR).
- Analyze demand patterns consumer behavior and market trends to anticipate opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Oversee rate and inventory management across all distribution channels (direct OTA GDS DMCs tour operators agencies and corporate).
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy pick-up pace segmentation and variance analysis.
- Lead the forecasting and annual budgeting processes ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Marketing E-commerce and Reservations teams to ensure a unified commercial strategy that drives profitability.
- Optimize the business mix and market segmentation to maximize each segments contribution.
- Ensure effective utilization and optimization of Revenue Management and distribution systems (RMS CRS PMS Channel Managers BI tools etc.).
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market trend analysis to maintain a strong position within the luxury segment.
- Participate in executive and strategic meetings with the General Manager providing insights analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making innovation and continuous improvement within the Revenue team.
- Maintain close communication with the Ennismore Corporate Revenue Team to ensure alignment with global strategies and brand policies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Finance Economics Tourism or a related field (MBA or Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior Revenue Management leadership role within luxury or all-inclusive resorts.
- Proven expertise in strategic pricing distribution management and revenue optimization.
- Proficiency in leading Revenue Management systems and tools (Duetto IDeaS SynXis Opera TravelClick etc.).
- Strong analytical financial and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market guest behavior and global industry trends.
- Advanced proficiency in English (oral and written); French or another language is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented innovative and highly focused on operational excellence and guest experience.
