About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned leader to drive our strategic alliances and partnerships across the Insert Region. This role is critical to expanding our ecosystem unlocking new revenue streams and fostering innovation through high-impact collaborations. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge a strong network and a proven ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder partnerships at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution of the strategic roadmap for alliances and partnerships aligned with business goals.
- Identify potential partners across industries and evaluate opportunities for collaboration.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements ensuring mutual value creation.
- Manage ongoing relationships with partners ensuring performance tracking issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Marketing Product Legal etc.) to ensure successful partnership implementation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and partner meetings.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Business Strategy or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships alliances or business development within financial services.
- Deep understanding of financial ecosystems regulatory environments and emerging technologies (e.g. open banking core banking digital payments).
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional leadership negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing regional teams and working in a matrixed global organization.
- Proven track record of delivering results through strategic partnerships..
- Experience working with cross-border teams and navigating complex regulatory landscapes
