Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver engagements across Growth Realisation Experience Transformation and Product Validation
- Build trusted senior relationships across banking payments and wealth clients
- Shape strategic direction and create conviction around investment in digital initiatives
- Work directly with CxO stakeholders to frame growth strategies operating models and product direction
- Identify shape and convert new commercial opportunities in key FS accounts
- Collaborate with Endava engineering and AI teams to connect strategy to build
- Contribute to the development of Financial Services go-to-market and propositions
Qualifications :
Experience
- 10 years in Financial Services strategy transformation or digital product leadership
- Track record leading senior client engagements and driving commercial outcomes
- Strong understanding of financial services markets (banking payments wealth)
- Experience shaping and landing strategic programmes in complex organisations
Skills & Attributes
- Strong strategic framing and problem-solving ability
- Able to operate credibly with C-level and ExCo stakeholders
- Customer-led approach with focus on value and commercial impact
- Confident facilitating co-creation working sessions with client teams
- Entrepreneurial and outcome-driven; builds momentum in complex environments
- Comfortable shaping selling and delivering engagements
