Job Summary
Our Finance team are looking for a skilled Management Accountant to join their high performing team you will report into our Finance Manager.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Working closely with Finance Managers and Operational teams on specific projects
- Developing strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders
- Management of Financial P/ L including variance analysis monthly and year end reporting. While being able to consolidate the information into concise reports
- Compiling annual plans and presenting on these to Senior Management
- Preparation of monthly Balance sheets
- Identifying cost savings and efficiencies
- Support with reconciliation and review of supplier payment
- Review and redesign existing processes to facilitate decision making
- Positive can-do attitude is crucial for this role
Qualifications :
As the successful candidate you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and hold an ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification. We would also expect;
- A willingness to challenge all reporting and operational practices
- Be able to Business Partner at all levels within the International
- Be able to self-manage their workload and prioritise tasks according to deadlines importance and urgency.
- Have a problem solving attitude with the drive to delivering results
- Have strong analytical skills and be able to present results in a simple and clear manner
- Be proactive in looking for continuous improvement in your area of responsibility and beyond
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Reporting Suite applications
- Have a keen eye for detail and produce work to an excellent presentation standard
