Are you ready to lead at the heart of the action Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a dynamic Electronic Gaming Manager to drive performance elevate customer experience and lead a high-energy team across our slots and e-tables operation.
In this fast-paced customer-first environment youll be the go-to expert for all things electronic gaming - maximizing profitability analysing machine performance and creating unforgettable moments for our guests. Youll inspire and develop a passionate team ensure operational excellence and play a key role in shaping the future of our venue.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and energise a team of gaming professionals
- Drive growth in machine stake and margin efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service and player protection
- Analyse performance data to optimise machine layout and product mix
- Be a key decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager
Qualifications :
- A current PML license
- Proven leadership in electronic gaming
- A passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences
- A sharp eye for data and performance trends
- A commitment to responsible gaming and team development
