Job Summary
Job Description:
1. Support Plant controller on preparation of tax inspection materials and self-examination of company tax risk including but not limited to: general ledger and subsidiary ledger detail invoices payment/receipt slip contracts and other supporting documents
2. Financial Planning & Analysis:
(1) Support and facilitate the annual budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring alignment with business goals.
(2) Analyze financial data to identify trends variance and opportunities for improvements.
(3) monthly analysis of actual spending vs Budget/Outlook
3. Assets management:
(1) Follow up and track Capex and Tooling spending work collaboratively with business Operation Engineering Program Management team for CAPEX tooling recovery managing
(2) FA management full-process management from conversion to FA to scrapping; conduct inventorycountsofFA annually.
4. Coordinate all GL account for plant report and audit provide necessary reports and analyses to internal and external auditors during the statutory/special audit.
