Senior Staff, Analog Design Engineer

• Define design and develop innovative circuits for high-performance timing products
•  Mentor lead and/or supervise junior designers
• Work closely and efficiently with remote engineering teams such as layout digital system design and validation
• Support Test debug and characterize prototypes in the lab
• Support product validation and application engineering activities

Qualifications :

• Great attitude self motivation and excellent teamwork
• Solid knowledge of integrated circuit design device physics and advanced process technology
• Experience in designing PLLs or building blocks such as VCO phase detector charge pump and other related circuits
• Deep understanding of transistor modeling circuit noise theory and phase noise concepts
• Proficient in Cadence analog / mixed signal simulation toolset
• Familiar with Analog/Mixed Signal design flow simulation models design rules verification procedures (DRC/LVS/ERC) and transistor-level simulation
• Desirable Skills / ExperienceRelated experience in digital PLLs crystal oscillators VCXOs on-chip regulators DACs and ADCs
• Experience with analog behavioral modeling (Systemverilog Verilog A AMS)
• Hands-on experience with lab test and characterization

Education / Experience

• Masters or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering
• 8 years of related experience in analog/mixed signal IC design
